Britney Spears was spotted earlier today shopping with her cousin Allie in Bel Air and Beverly Hills. One of their stops was Bel Air children's store Glen Kids, an upscale clothing store that specializes in exclusive, high-end import brands from Italy and France like Petit Bateau, Miniman, La Perla, Charabia, and more.
