OK Magazine has printed this photo, claiming it's Jayden Federline. Apparently Jayden got sick during his family's visit to NYC and had to go to the doctor. And yes, that is a pink coat he is wearing. Either Britney wanted to cleverly disguise him or she wanted a girl REALLY badly this time around.
