Jill Fink, wife of Grey's Anatomy star Patrick Dempsey, took their darling little twin boys out for a stroll in Santa Monica yesterday. Six-week-old Darby Galen and Sullivan Patrick both rode in a 2007 Peg Perego Duette SW in Toffee print, complete with two 2007 Peg Perego Primo Viaggos also in Toffee print. So McCutie-Pie!
