Anne Heche has had her second son. Atlas Heche Tupper was born over the weekend and weighed 6 lbs., 12 oz., the actress's rep tells PEOPLE. Heche and Tupper recently picked up a few baby boy items at the Boom Boom Room's Children's Gifting Wonderland in Los Angeles, including a pair of Robeez Guitar leather booties and a blue MiGi baby blanket.
