That's celebrity mom Cate Blanchett and her son Roman, out and about with a very neat little toy. It's a Likeabike, a unique toy vehicle for children between the ages of two and five. It has no pedals, as you can see. The reason for this is so the small child can walk or run with it, and of course pull their legs up more easily to ride. And then catch their balance, should it fall over.
