Keri Russell and son Siver headed out to the grocery in NYC yet again yesterday. This time daddy Shane came along with them. Keri carried River in a Sijira P-Sling in Cotton Candy fabric. This is the second P-Sling we've seen her with so far. She must be a big fan.
