We here at Baby Chic 101 recently recieved a Baby Bjorn Synergy Carrier, the newest product out of Baby Bjorn. It's the fusion of the Air and the Active Carriers, combining a light and breathable mesh material with a sturdy back support. Think of it as the perfect carrier for people who have an active, outdoor lifetsyle. The mesh will keep the baby cool and happy outdoors for a long while, and the wider straps also keep mommy or daddy more comfortable for long periods as well.
We loved the back support! You could barely feel the baby in there. This is a great carrier for someone who will be using it for a long trip, like to the mall or to an outdoor event. The mesh fabric is great too. It has wonderful ventilation. I even put my hands inside of it for a while and they didn't even get sweaty.
It's also super easy to use. The hooks at the bottom are red and blue and the place where you hook them onto is also red and blue. Color-coded so you can't put it on backwards. The snaps at the top are also easy to use. Getting a baby, even a sleeping one, in and out of it was a breeze.
The carrier goes from 8 pounds and up to 25 pounds. We tried it with different size babies and there wasn't much difference. Still no back pain.
Overall we gave this carrier an A++!
